How long do you need to make my personalized order?


I handcraft every order with care.
Production usually takes 2–3 business days, depending on the complexity of your design.
Once it’s ready, your package is shipped with fast and reliable delivery so it arrives on time for your celebration.

Can I request a preview before you make it?


Yes! I can send you a digital preview of your personalized design before production begins.
This allows you to review the layout, colors, and details — and request any small adjustments — so your order turns out exactly how you imagined.

What if I don’t like the design?


If there’s anything you don’t like about your design before it’s produced, no problem — I offer one free revision so we can adjust colors, layout, or details until it feels perfect for you.
My goal is to make sure you’re completely happy with the design before it goes into production.

Can I return a personalized product?

Personalized items are made specially for you, so they can’t be returned once they’ve been produced.
However, if there is any issue with quality, damage, or an error on my part, I will gladly fix it or replace it to ensure you receive exactly what you expected.

Will the colors look the same as on my screen?


Colors may vary slightly due to screen brightness, but I always use high‑quality materials to match your theme as closely as possible.

Can you make a design that is not listed in your store?

Absolutely! I can create any theme you need, even if it’s not listed in the store.
You can request:

  • Custom themes
  • Characters not shown in the catalog
  • Party themes based on your idea
  • Designs with your child’s photo
  • Personalized illustrations

Just send me the theme or image you want, and I’ll create it for you.

How do I send you the photo or name for personalization?


You can't upload it directly on the product page or leave it in the personalization box.
If needed,so, you can also send it by message after checkout.

Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location and the courier company. Domestic shipments generally take between 5 and 10 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete address. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping address information.

Once the order is shipped, we will share the tracking number so you can track your package.

Because most of our products are personalized and handmade, we do not accept returns or refunds except in the following cases:

The product arrived damaged or in poor condition.

The delivered product does not match the order placed.

To request a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, attaching clear photographs of the product received and its packaging.

If the request is approved, we offer two options:

Resend the correct product at no additional cost.

Refund the full amount of the product (shipping costs are non-refundable).

Returns or refunds are not accepted on personalized orders that contain errors caused by information provided by the customer (for example, misspelled names or dates).
