Refund policy
Due to the fact that most of our products are customized and handmade, we do not accept returns or refunds, except in the following cases:The product arrived damaged or in poor condition.The delivered product does not match the order placed.To request a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours after delivery, attaching clear photographs of the received product and the packaging.If the request is approved, we offer two options:Resend the correct product at no additional cost.Refund the total amount of the product (shipping costs are non-refundable).Returns or refunds are not accepted for customized orders that contain errors originating from the information provided by the customer (e.g., misspelled names or dates).
